WEDDING PLANNING FAQS
WE REALLY DON’T HAVE THE BUDGET FOR A COMPLETE WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE, BUT WE REALLY NEED HELP. WHAT CAN WE DO?
You’re in the right place! We designed our packages to appeal to all budgets, especially our unique Pay As You Plan option which allows you to decide exactly how much help you need against how much you can afford. We want to be flexible for all our couples, and we are always happy to chat about what will work for you. Just ask.
ARE THERE ANY FEES NOT MENTIONED IN YOUR PACKAGES?
The only additional fees we would charge would be if your wedding was taking place outside our usual areas of London and the South East, was over a number of days, and required overnight accommodation in which case we would ask for travel and expenses to be covered. But these will always be laid out up front before we get planning.
Our packages are designed based on an average size and time it takes for us to do our best work, so we will always give you a final quote once we have sat down with you and figured out what we need to do to make your big day go without a hitch, and we will always be up front about what we’re charging for throughout the planning process.

DO WE HAVE TO ONLY USE YOUR PREFERRED SUPPLIERS?
Absolutely not! We have worked hard over the past 10 years to get to know the industry and work on our clients behalf to find the best of the best to make your day perfect. We will make suggestions if you need them, but final decisions are always with you.
WILL YOU BE THERE ON THE DAY?
If you want us to be, of course! We’ll oversee the set up, work with the suppliers, answer guests questions, make sure the events run seamlessly, and oversee pack down if you require it. On the day attendance is included in many of our packages, but just ask!
CAN WE BOOK YOU JUST TO BE OUR ON-THE-DAY COORDINATOR?
We offer a combined package of final weeks and on the day because we've found that so many of our couples value a wedding planner coming in a little earlier. This gives you a stress-free run up to the day because we can catch any oversights or last minute hitches that are not always easily solved on the day. Having our planning experience to hand that much earlier, means your day will run that much smoother.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET SICK OR CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE DAY FOR ANY REASON?
When we take on a wedding we always make sure that your date is in the diary for at least two people, and that both people know exactly what to do if for any reason one of us isn’t able to do our jobs. We hope and pray that never happens, but we do feel much better having a back up plan – and we’re sure you do too!
HOW DO YOU KEEP IN TOUCH WITH COUPLES?
Whatever works for you. We always like to have a face-to-face initial consultation, to get a better understanding of your needs and really have fun brainstorming together first. We will work with you on email, phone, Skype or in person – whatever works around your schedule.
It’s up to you how much contact you’d like with us throughout the process – some couples just want to hand some jobs over, without questions! But others need a little more touching base time. You set the agenda, and we’ll roll with it.
CAN YOU HELP US STAY ON BUDGET?
We thought you’d never ask! It’s one of the hardest (and probably most boring) parts of planning but these days it’s important to keep within budget. We will work with you to get creative and find ways to get what you want without breaking the bank.

ARE YOU CERTIFIED?
As well as 10 years in the weddings industry under our stylish belt, Holly also holds a Level 4 Diploma in Event Planning, Styling and Design from the UK Academy of Wedding and Event Planning. We’re also proud to be members of and approved by the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners, the leading industry body for wedding professionals.
